Watermelon Punch


Make simple syrup by heating sugar and water in a saucepan until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool. Remove rind and seeds from your Louisiana Grown watermelon. Cut into chunks, then puree in a blender until you get 4 cups of liquid. Juice limes and stir this into the watermelon puree. Add a few tablespoons of simple syrup to taste. Serve chilled and freshly stirred
